On demand business and pipeline development

An Engineering design company that had a diversity of IP and skills wishing to step their efforts in the US market with additional domain knowledge and market insight. In a short period of time we jointly developed a specific Strategic Marketing plan for the several verticals (including adding a US orientation to their existing value proposition and tweaking marketing & presentation materials). A number of key trade events where attended on the clients behalf and our group leveraged our network of contacts combined with researched approaches to key targets to initiate dialogues with senior executives at leading companies within the target markets. The additional objective to improve their visibility with Key Venture Capitalists in their core sectors was also accomplished. Outcome the client in this short assignment is now in discussion with several large US corporations about the use of their engineering services and has been introduced to the top tier Venture Capitalist in several sectors
