International Market Entry

A strategic planning company was seeking to obtain the next level of customers including European Launch Customers after completing product development and securing the first US based clients. Engaged with the Management team and mutually created a list of strategic priorities - divided into target Strategic Accounts and past inquiries. Leveraging our past experience on launching in new markets, we jointly created a specific European orientated value proposition and executing a multi pronged market approach including connecting with decision-makers in our existing network and doing the research and making preliminary contact to start a process with the other strategic targets. Pursued a variety of European inquires the organization has received in the last 12 months pre to our contract. Outcome the client now has several pilots running with blue chip European companies and we have successfully groomed and trained a reseller who continues to leverage the early successes.
